Terms of Service

1. Service provider

The Gudra Skola platform is operated by SIA "ENERGO-D" (Reg. No. 41503042755), Alejas iela 3, Krauja, Naujenes pagasts, Augšdaugavas novads, LV-5451, Latvia.

2. Services

Gudra Skola offers AI-assisted generation of teaching materials — worksheets, tests, homework, lesson plans, and presentations — in Latvian language, for Latvian school grades 1–12.

3. Plans & pricing

• Subscription automatically renews each month/year.
• Payments are processed through Stripe — a PCI DSS-certified payment processor.

4. Cancellation and refund

• Cancellation: anytime in account settings. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Plus/School refund: 14-day right of withdrawal from first payment if no tokens have been used. If tokens have been used — proportional refund for unused ones.
• Additional tokens: refund within 14 days if none of the purchased tokens have been used.
• Refund request: email energo-d@inbox.lv. Refund within 5–10 business days by the same payment method.

5. Intellectual property

• Generated materials are owned by the user (teacher).
• The user may freely use, copy, and distribute generated materials for educational purposes.
• Gudra Skola retains an anonymized copy of the data for service improvement.

6. Limitation of liability

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. The teacher is responsible for verifying materials before use.
• Gudra Skola does not guarantee 100% accuracy or alignment with specific curricula.
• The service is provided "as is".

7. Changes to terms

• SIA "ENERGO-D" reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be announced by email and on the platform.
